The Sofitel is pulling out all stops to celebrate Bastille Day, which coincides with the hotel's 23rd Anniversary.
Bubbles & Frites: Indulge in the exquisite Bulles et frites aux truffles at Mademoiselle Gaby Bar, priced at just $23. This delightful offering features the executive chef's famous parmesan and truffle fries paired perfectly with Mumm champagne. Available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., this experience is to be noticed.
New Summer Cocktail: For those seeking a different flavor, savor the Gaby Darling, Sofitel's limited summer cocktail. This twist on the classic Caipirinha combines gin with fresh ginger and jalapeno, creating a refreshing and spicy delight.
