Pullman Wine Bar & Merchant Opens at The Hotel Eastland
Portland, Oregon is ground zero for culinary creativity using quality ingredients from the Northwest and pairing them with highly respected Oregon wines. Chef David Machado newest venture is a wine bar and retail shop featuring over 135 wines in Portland’s burgeoning Inner SE Corridor.
The Pullman Wine Bar & Merchant is an intimate and stylish wine bar, retail shop and private dining wine cave featuring a thoughtful food menu and over 135 Pacific Northwest and international wines available by tasting pour, by the glass, bottle, and case.
The wine bar features an innovative wine system from Napa Technologies, which allows the rare sampling of any bottle of wine. With over 20-wines by the glass, 50% coming from the Pacific Northwest, the wine list boasts high quality and tremendous value wines. The wine bar will also feature three wine flights daily including an Oregon AVA comparison, a deep dive into Sauvignon Blanc and an exploration of red blends from around the world.
